Our Technicians are Trained by Honda, Briggs & Stratton, and Stihl. Together with regular training from many major brands our technicians can find and repair problems quickly

All repairs have to be evaluated and in order to do this we have to spend time investigating.

We have a minimum charge of £30.00 plus parts plus vat which allows our mechanics 45 minutes to either repair the fault or to dismantle the machine to determine a cost for the repair.

As you can appreciate on the rare occasion it may take the 45 minutes to dismantle and trace the fault which unfortunately we cannot predict, However when we have determined the fault we would we then telephone you to advise what the total cost would be including the parts required.

80 percent of repairs on rotary lawnmowers, strimmers, hedgecutters, chainsaws, and the smaller type of garden machinery are carried out within the 45 minutes so you would normally only encounter a charge of £30.00 plus parts and vat.

In the worst situation we may discover that due to the price of parts it is uneconomical to repair your machine, When this rare situation occurs we do offer to waive any charges if you purchase a new machine from ourselves so reduce the costs to our customers
